In this 30 minute video we walk through the 1-3-1 half court trap in great detail. First we look at how the defense functions before walking through the keys to running it well. We then go through each position and show clips of players running their assignment effectively, and clips of them not executing well. And finally, we watch some full game clips and try to indentify the different errors that were made during the possession in execution.
