COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING SOLUTIONS:

 

  1. If you're having trouble checking out from the store, try a different device or browser
  2. If you have not received your files immediately after purchase: A. check your email spam folder B. Make sure you entered your email address correctly
  3. If you are using a school email address, try a personal email address (school email accounts are held under tighter security, sometimes not letting emails come through)
  4. .MOV files can can be with most of the popular media players (go to "File" > "Open With" and then scan for the media players you have on your device - I view them using QuickTime Player)
  5. If a video file shows up as "CRDOWNLOAD", that simply means the file has not finished downloading yet. Allow more time for it to finish downloading, or try downloading again (if it was interrupted during the download before completion)
