This is a document we use in our exit interviews. It provides talking points and steers the conversation to make sure players have all their bases covered to get to become the best possible player they can be. I love how this document helps kids learn life skills they can carry with them the rest of their lives. This document is designed to be inspiration to be used as a guide to conduct conversations with your players, or for you to create your own version to share with your players!
