Aside from the seven premium resources outlined already, the document also comes with a guide that has 14 links to view some of the other components of the system in detail, and outlines how all the schemes fit together into one cohesive basketball system.
Individually, these seven products sell for over $90, and it doesn't come with the explanation for how the pieces fit together, or have the collection of links comprising the supplemental pieces of the system.
The system features a conservative base defense with the Wolfpack, but ways to spice things up if you want to bring heat - 1-3-1 trap, 1-2-1-1 diamond press, ball screen traps. Offensively we used a ball screen attack with "Wave" against man to man defense, and "hook and look" approach to zone with "Zone Motion." To control tempo, we used "5-Out Backdoor DDM," which was clutch for our team through the regionals and into the state championships.
What Buyers Are Saying:
"The Aquinas System is a great resource that hits on a bunch of different topics. All the defensive and offensive concepts you could possibly ask for. My favorite part is that it comes with an implementation plan to help get things started. Everything is very detailed and covers coaching points so you can make the most out of every second of your practice!" -Jalen Burgeson, Franklin, NE
